I have been enthused about photography for over thirty years. My dad nurtured my interest in an ideal setting: the San Francisco Bay Area and the Sierra Nevada mountains. In the last few years, I have become interested more in images of people and urban scenes. The underlying theme of most of my work is God's creation--whether it be nature or people or the things people make. When I look at what human beings create and build, I believe it reflects the image of God in them. My vision is to capture the interplay of people and architecture in urban settings. Although I enjoy working with color in art images, I really love the mood of black and white images because there is nothing to distract from the emotions.
